Mercury Talks...Are you Listening?

Mercury, messenger of the gods, has recently joined up with Saturn and Pluto in their intense square formation. Being that Mercury rules the mind, this is an opportunity for us all to become "conscious" of the meaning of this aspect. Pluto aspecting Saturn is about breaking down old faulty structures and re-building new ones, based on a more sound and solid foundation. Everyone has Pluto and Saturn affecting certain houses and planets in their charts, so this square will carry different meaning and purpose for each one of us. As the messenger, Mercury has come to reveal this meaning.

The past several days up until about the 9th, Mercury has been and will be in the range of conjuncting Pluto and squaring Saturn. If we make an effort to pay attention...if we can take time out of our busy schedules to listen, perhaps we can gain a greater understanding of the meaning of this square in our lives. The Saturn/Pluto square is a potent force for change, there is a lot of energy and power in this duo. This pairing says, "Something in our life needs to change, it has to change". Luckily, Pluto/Saturn does not work quickly and abruptly. Rather, this combination works slowly and insidiously over time to affect much needed change. We do have time (Saturn) to make these changes, but it wont last forever. They will be aspecting each other closely for the next year, and with Mercury in the middle for a brief moment, now is the time for the meaning of this to be revealed and seeded in our conscious awareness. Once we become aware of the issue, we can use the power of the square to make needed changes.
